NO RULES RELAY MKE
STOP MS SUMMER BASH
The No Rules Relay is a 16-mile relay run with no limits! No official course, no aid stations, no team size limit, no frills. The ultimate DIY running experience! Provide yourself (solo or team) with navigation, hydration as you make your way from Mama D’s Local Coffee Shop in Waukesha to the finish line at City Lights Brewing MKE.
Join us for a STOP MS Summer Bash at City Lights Brewing in Milwaukee. It’ll be one big run-fest for a cause as we cheer on the No Rules Relay finishers and MS Run the US Ultra Relay runner, Brittany Heintz Walters, as she completes her 161 mile solo run across the state of Wisconsin into the heart of Milwaukee! The Summer Bash starts at 11am!
Why would you even do this? Race medals, chip timing, road officials, aid stations and all of that awesome stuff doesn’t contribute towards what we really want to do – TO GIVE BACK. We use the registration fees to go directly back to those living with MS and in need. All you will get is a pint glass, a kick ass finish party, and a really good feeling in your heart.
So what is this race? The ultimate DIY running experience. Provide yourself (solo or team) with navigation, hydration - and encouragement! - as you make your way from Mama D’s in Waukesha to the finish line at City Lights Brewing in Milwaukee.
Run solo or as a team. The miles are yours any way you want them. Run all the miles SOLO or create a TEAM - as many or little relay team members can join. Crew your team any way you like - swap out runners on the course anytime and don’t forget to bring your cowbells! No team is too big or too small (hey, you’re crewing yourself after all).
